Farrell House remodel

This historic home in Camas, Washington, built in 1913, was purchased by my client and friend who discovered it one day while out on a walk. It hadn't been updated in many years and needed some serious attention.

We spent many months putting in two new soapstone fireplace surrounds, remodeling bathrooms, moving walls, adding a laundry room, finishing the gloomy basement and attic, re-finishing floors, and painting every square inch of every wall. Keeping the original character of the house was a huge priority, and we added in some fun with bright punchy colors.

If some of the photos look a little like Christmas, it's because it was. We worked many long hours to get the house ready for the Camas Holiday Home Tour and loved every minute of it!
